Pricing questions
- What counts as a scenario run?
- One complete exercise from the lobby through the debrief — all roles, all turns. Single-player, multiplayer, and full-auto runs each consume one run from your balance.
- Do packs or credits expire?
- No. Packs are one-off purchases, balances never reset, and buying another pack stacks on top of what you have.
- Who owns the runs — me or my org?
- If you belong to an organization, packs are owned by the organization and shared across members. Otherwise they're tied to your personal account.
- What happens if credits run out mid-run?
- The run pauses and tells you. You can top up credits and resume right where you left off — nothing is lost mid-run.
- How are payments handled?
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept the payment methods Stripe supports in your region, and invoices are available in the billing portal.
- What's the refund policy?
- Contact us about unused packs — consumed runs and credits are non-refundable. See the Terms of Service for details.
